These terms apply to the Americare Coverage website, the price estimates it provides, and the phone calls and text messages you receive from us. By using the website or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.
Who we are
Americare Coverage is an authorized independent representative of a healthcare-sharing membership program. We help people understand the program, get a personalized estimate and reach the online enrollment. The program itself is administered by the program administrator, under its own membership guidelines.
Not insurance
The healthcare-sharing program presented on this website is not insurance. Members voluntarily share eligible medical expenses according to the program guidelines. Sharing of any medical bill is not guaranteed. This website is not a solicitation of insurance.
Estimates
Prices shown on this website or given by phone are estimates based on limited information (date of birth of the oldest applicant and household type). The final monthly amount, eligibility and start date are confirmed only during the official enrollment, and may change based on factors such as tobacco use or a BMI assessment. The program is not available in all states.
Enrollment
You complete the enrollment application yourself, on the program's own website. Your membership is governed by the program administrator's guidelines and terms, which you accept when you enroll.
SMS and phone call terms
- Program: Americare Coverage estimate and enrollment messages.
- What you receive: calls and text messages about your estimate and your enrollment, such as the enrollment link you ask for and follow-ups about it. Calls may be automated or made by an AI-assisted assistant.
- How you agree: by checking the consent box when you request an estimate on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also tell us during a call that you do not want to be contacted again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but program details, benefits and amounts can change. The program guidelines in effect at the time of service govern. Nothing on this website or in our calls is medical, legal or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Americare Coverage is not liable for decisions made by the program administrator about membership, eligibility or the sharing of medical expenses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
